I required a prescription for my cat Smokey and was told by my veterinarian the drug would be expensive. It is extremely difficult to give my cat medication orally and inquired about compounding the drug for external application. My vet said it would be difficult to find a local pharmacy to do this and, again, it would be expensive. Luckily, a family member recommended Roadrunner Pharmacy! I immediately had my vet call in the prescription. I received prompt, friendly service from Roadrunner and the compounded prescription was delivered to my home within two days. And, cute kitty toy were included in the package! I have refilled the prescription several times and the cost is extremely reasonable- far, far better than any local pharmacy's price.

I would like to praise your company and service.  My vet's office faxed an order to you on Monday.  It was a refill for my dog tank who is dealing with Valley Fever right now.  It was delivered that night to our door.  WOW!  Now that was service!

I just wanted to send you a note about how shocked I was.  With you in Phoenix and me in Charlottesville, VA I figured it would take 2 or 3 days to get the prescription.  I ordered it on Tuesday and when the person I talked to said I would have it on Wendesday I was very skeptical to say the least.  I thought she was pulling my leg.  Well the joke was on me, in a good way.  I am very glad to see a company that stands behind it's word.  Thank you for the amazing speed in filling the prescription and keep up the good work!

Had great service as usual and rec'd the meds the next day! Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Tuna flavored med helps get it down the kittie... well worth it. Even found the great mouse toy we had rec'd 2 yrs ago and it was just as enthusiastically received by "the girls"!

Having just had my dog diagonsed with Valley Fever at 4 PM on New Year's Eve and in extreme pain, I feared I would have to wait to start Boomer's treatment until the second or third of the new year. I called their office and hoped for the best. They not only rushed to fill my order but stayed open until I arrived at 5:30 pm -- on New Years Eve! I can't thank them enough. Boomer started his meds, eased his pain and is on the road to recovery.

My vet called to ask if I wanted to try a new steroid for my cat's imflammatory bowel syndrome, she just heard about it at a conference. It would have to be compounded uniquely for my cat and Road Runner was the only one who does it. I was wondering what this kind of service would cost.  They asked what kind of flavor kitty would like and added that for no extra charge. They then express mailed it to me (I'm in TN); it arrived on my front door 18 hours later - no extra charge again! The free cat toy was the icing on the cake.

What a great place for pet meds. (People, too, I'm sure.) I always seem to require compounding for my scripts, and Roadrunner always comes through. They will even mail for free the first script. The facility on Carefree Hwy even gave me a free cat toy for being a customer. (Prescription was for a ferret.) They would have given me a bone if I had a dog! They get two paws up from us.
